17 week (testing week + 16 weeks of training) training plan, focused on progressing your multi-modal, strength, and marathon performance concurrently.

Goal-specific programming, with strategy and information provided to support your training.

Nutrition plan, with supportive guidelines, and a database specific to this style of training.

Access to online community of athletes.

Access to database of exercise instructional videos.

Programming housed on Training Peaks.

17 weeks | 5-7 sessions per week.

4x weightlifting/FF* | 3x running (on average).

Rest day Sundays.

*4-5 metcons per week with a specific focus across 3 distinct blocks throughout the plan.

Athlete Requirements:

Lifting: compound movement, weightlifting, and skill focused, with some more advanced movements contained. Athlete must be comfortable with free weights and comfortable with functional fitness movements.

Running: athlete should be able to run for 90 mins continuously (at a low intensity/in Z2).
