On the 26-28 July 2024, we will be hosting a small, exclusive group in Arrochar, Scotland.

Join us alongside our INCREDIBLE guest speaker: Sean Conway, bringing you insights and lessons from his experience as the most accomplished adventure athlete on the planet, most recently having claimed the world record for most consecutive Ironman distance triathlons, with 105 in 105 days.

The weekend will be a simple one: connecting like-minded people, learning from one another, and working through some outdoor fitness together.

SATURDAY - ENDURANCE

7:00am- Breakfast

7:40AM - Minibuses leave

8:00am - Day in the mountains

3:00pm - Return to Ardmay House

6:00pm - Dinner

7:00pm - Presentation and Q&A with Sean Conway

8:30pm - Trip to local Pub (optional)

SUNDAY - RECOVERY/EDUCATION

6:30am - Trail Run (Optional)

8:00am - Breakfast

9:00am - Hot/cold immersion session, and canoeing on Loch Long.

12:00pm - Lunch

1:00pm - Hybrid Training Seminar (Nutrition, Psychology, and Programming)

3:00pm - Depart Ardmay House

Guest Speaker: Sean Conway

The world’s most accomplished athletic adventurer, having most recently completed 105 iron distance triathlons in 105 days - a world record.

Alongside completing a triathlon around the UK coastline, cycling around the world, swimming LEJOG, and cycling across Europe in record time - Sean has some remarkable stories to tell.

The embodiment of resilience, stoicism, and embracing the unknown - we are thrilled to have Sean speaking to on Saturday night, as well as having time allocated to questions.

ARDMAY HOUSE - About The Accommodation

Dating from 1854 Ardmay House was originally built as a Victorian fishing lodge. The house has been comprehensively refurbished in recent years and has a very distinctive character.


Located in its own grounds, the house has a private beach with a seating and barbecue area that looks out onto the breathtaking scenery of Loch Long and the surrounding mountains - The Arrochar Alps.


With tartan carpets, a grand piano and plenty of communal space Ardmay House has a relaxed, homely feel which make it the ideal location for our group.


With a convenient location, less than one hour’s drive from Glasgow, and only 45 minutes from Glasgow Airport, with excellent public transport links.


Accommodation comprises of 12 bedrooms, ranging from large doubles to singles (plus additional bedrooms with disabled access), a common room, dining room, well equipped games room, lounge, many toilets and showers (with further toilets and disabled facilities on ground floor), attractive grounds, private beach and large commercial kitchen.

Rooms will be shared, and allocated ahead of time based on groups/numbers - no better way to build some resilience together eh. Plus, Wi-Fi, Smart TV with HDMI cable. 2 pianos (including magnificent Grand Piano), gas central heating, bed linen and towels provided.
