TRAINING PROGRAMMES

Each programme is a coaching subscription ran through Fitr Training, and will be focused around rolling 6 week training blocks - with a clear focus for each.

You will have clear visibility of your training, a community forum, exercise instructional videos, input and dialogue from your coaches (Jonny and Fergus) as we progress, with key metrics tracked over time.

You will also receive access to PH Nutrition’s Hub - a one-stop shop for all things performance nutrition, alongside specific collaborative content specific to you: the hybrid athlete.

These programmes are carefully designed for those of you looking to progress across the board, without needing the level of detail that comes with 1-1 coaching.

All programmes are £75/month. 3 month minimum contract.


HYBRID 101.

A hybrid programme designed for those looking to incorporate concurrent training into a busy lifestyle.

Perhaps you’re new to hybrid training? Perhaps your schedule is hectic, but you still want to incorporate hybrid training into your lifestyle without committing to a specific performance goal? Perhaps you’re looking to build some confidence before you take the leap and sign up to something that scares you?

Hybrid 101 is is designed for you.

4 training days/week.

Full body lifting + simple, easily accessible endurance sessions to focus on as you build your hybrid performance.

Who is it for? Those that are relatively new to both lifting and running, with a desire to begin their fitness journey progressing both.

Hybrid Performance Programming designed to take your training to the next level!

Train alongside a community of hybrid athletes to develop your mind, body, and performance across the board.

Perhaps you’ve tried to balance strength and endurance training before? Perhaps you didn’t make the progress you had hoped for? Perhaps you’re looking to level up your work capacity so that you can set a specific performance goal?

Hybrid Performance is is designed for you.

Utilising OMNIA Performance’s tried and tested methodology, you will be training across disciplines and energy systems, building both strength and endurance concurrently.

The priority focus will be on top end strength, strength endurance, and running.

6 single session training days/week, up to 90 mins/session.

Focused lifting sessions + focused cardio sessions + optional add ons.

Who is it for? Intermediate athletes who are looking to develop strength and endurance concurrently, and take their training to the next level.

IN OMNIA PARATUS

This program is for athletes who wish to become prepared in all things.

For those who want to build a work capacity where one can be developed across disciplines, to confidently commit to ANY performance goal

This programming methodology is informed by our combined years of working with athletes across disciplines and demands - from Navy SEALS, to professional boxers (Tyson Fury, BJS), to UKSF, to triathletes over all distances, to UFC fighters, to WC Jiu-Jitsu players, to ultra runners, to strongman competitors, to powerlifters, to Hyrox podium finishers - you name them, (for the most part) we’ve looked after them.

This programming is closely aligned with what Fergus and Jonny are doing themselves on a daily basis (barring a few specific demands) so you will be working alongside us towards your freedom to choose a goal that scares you.

4 single session training days/week, up to 90 mins/session.

2 double session training days/week, up to 45 mins/session.

Focused lifting sessions + focused cardio sessions + optional add ons.

Who is it for? Those athletes who are looking to train like we do, and take their strength and endurance to the next level.
