Readiness

Readiness

This training plan is for those who can't afford to compromise on any element of fitness.

You'll train to be fit, strong, explosive and athletic. There are no 'base phases' or 'peak weeks' here. This is for people who want to be ready for anything at the drop of a hat.

Every week folllows a clear structure so you can build and maintain all-round performance, with testing weeks programmed for recovery and assessment. You'll lift three times a week, run three times a week, and have the option to add more running or load carry training if your goals require it.

Training includes a high volume of unilateral, rotational and frontal plane exercises (moving side to side) to develop strength and power in every plane of motion. This isn't just fitness, it's performance that transfers to the real world.

This is a rolling plan that updates every four weeks.

Is this plan for you?

  • You want to run fast, lift heavy, and carry weight over long distances.

  • You want to cover every aspect of fitness, not just one or two.

  • You have ambitious goals and want to be ready for anything.

  • You value training that's specific, challenging and structured.

Your training breakdown

  • 3 strength sessions per week

  • 3 running sessions per week

  • Structured progression across both running and lifting

  • Variety of movements to cover all bases

  • Sessions designed to prepare you for any challenge.

WHY TRAIN WITH OMNIA?

We've cracked the code on becoming legitimately good at multiple disciplines — without sacrificing what you've already built.

Many military programs under emphasise the level of endurance needed by soldiers, or fail to prepare them for the demands of heavy load carries across rough terrain. Our Readiness Training Plan changes that.
